I've been using pool services for repair work for around 5 years. My single-speed motor recently stopped working, and the team quickly accommodated me for a replacement. Justin came out and installed a new Hayward variable speed motor, doing a fantastic job. He reached out to me before arriving, was very professional, and really knew his stuff. After the installation, he took the time to explain the new settings and made sure I was happy with everything. Highly recommend asking for Justin. A+ service!
When we first discussed our creative pool idea, we were curious about how it could be brought to life. Within just a few days, we received plans that perfectly matched our vision, as if they were taken straight from our thoughts. As the project progressed, the entire team was friendly and respectful, ensuring to clean up each day (even though pool projects can be a bit messy). They even rebuilt the fence daily so our dogs could enjoy the backyard. The final result is fantastic, and we love using the pool and patio every day!
We experienced nothing but great service with them. They consistently arrived on time and did an excellent job during each visit. I handle most of my pool cleaning on my own, but whenever I need help, I reach out for assistance. The technician I work with is very knowledgeable and always ready to lend a hand. He has replaced the light in my pool and even swapped out the motor on my pump. The work is consistently done well and at a fair price. I'm really pleased with the services provided and plan to keep using them in the future.
