Called after 6pm at first I had a lady answer I told her I need a heater for a pool done and asked to talk to the owner or a technician to get more info and she hung up in my face. Called again I thought it was a mistake and a guy answered both of them were philipino.. when thr guy answered I told him same thing and he also hung up in my face just terrible service
mr. pool leaks did a fantastic job cleaning our pool! from justin who helped us schedule, to braxton who managed the team, and marc who handled the detailed cleaning and filter check, everyone was professional and really knew what they were doing. our pool is in north hollywood and access is pretty tight, but they still managed to bring their equipment in without any trouble and took extra care not to disturb anything around the backyard. we had some tough stains and a lot of debris, but they used special cleaning tools to g... read more

I hired this pool service company in North Hollywood to repair and refinish my StoneScapes pool steps and bench, which had developed some cracks after several years. The StoneScapes finish is similar to pebble tec but much more affordable. The team needed to refinish three steps plus the top of the bench.
