I go to Mr. Pool every year to start up my pool. They are the best at customer service! Always friendly service and great advise. Some people complain about everything and think that just because they bought a product from a company that they owe them something? In these uncertain times there are people trying to push people to far to get a reaction. To Marty and all the employees at Mr. Pool, thank you for all the years of great advise and service. You guys are THE BEST!
Wish I could give them 0 stars. Customer service is terrible. Marty, the owner, swore at my fiance after she questioned the chemicals he sold her didn't work. Never experienced such terrible and rude service before.
