I would NOT recommend Pipe Wizard / Mr. Plumber Inc. I contacted them for a rattling pipe noise, but instead of performing a proper on-site diagnosis, Joseph, the master plumber, made assumptions remotely and immediately recommended a $2,000 pressure reducing value (PRV) and main check valve replacement — without confirming whether either was actually needed. No one in their office knows anything about the trade they work for, which is Confusing. I wonder whose idea it was to make sure that was a possibility. Response: The name provided was under a Alias Anthony. Unfortunately, your office staff was unable to answer basic technical questions. It is essential that their education in the trade they work in is part of their knowledge base to effectively assist potential customers.
