My kitchen sink was backing up and nothing I tried worked. The plumbers came the same day in Prospect Heights, cleared the drain, and repaired it so it wouldn’t clog again. Really dependable service.

I would NOT recommend Pipe Wizard / Mr. Plumber Inc. I contacted them for a rattling pipe noise, but instead of performing a proper on-site diagnosis, Joseph, the master plumber, made assumptions remotely and immediately recommended a $2,000 pressure reducing value (PRV) and main check valve replacement — without confirming whether either was actually needed.
