I just called and a man just said his name but nothing that you would expect a plumbing service to introduce themselves. Anyway, said He could fix any thing so after I started to explain my issue they hung up on me. I guess they didn't like that I brought up it was an insurance because as soon as I mentioned that word, nothing. It only has one star anyway but the complaint was about time. I could wait for their time but not the rudeness.
