The pile of bad reviews should steer you away from using this plumber, but I will add my experience to the list. I called this company to fix a leaking dual flush toilet in a rental property I own in PA. I called, made an appointment and was informed charge was minimum 1 hr plus shop supplies. I gave my visa for automatic payment and convenience. Plumber shows up with an apprentice. Our experience with Mr. Plumber was disappointing from start to finish. We needed a window glass replacement, which was supposed to take four weeks to order. However, when we followed up, we received vague, unhelpful responses. Weeks later, after multiple inquiries, they suddenly called to install the window but arrived hours late. Exceptional, prompt, and efficient service! I received an answer on my first phone call! I am still waiting on two other businesses to call back from the summer I called them over a year ago.
