Unprofessional, Rushed, and Ultimately Cost Me More We had a technician from Mr Pipe — Ryan — come out on November 11th after waiting a week for the appointment. The experience was disappointing from start to finish. We originally called because our sink was leaking. Ryan seemed rushed from the moment he arrived. He couldn’t install the bidet, told me the leak was due to the taps “not being installed properly,” and completely ignored the photos and videos I had sent earlier.
