Yikes! What's going on with all that water under my sink?!??! I jumped on Google to find a plumber. I called Mr. Pipe because I thought their logo was cute and friendly, their offices were in the area and their reviews were solid. I left a message and they called me back within minutes. They must be empaths with the patience they extended to me while I fumbled for the words to describe what I thought was going on under my sink. I need a service and I was able to schedule a next day appointment. They showed up and were professional and quick. They assessed the issue and shared solutions and cost. They were in and out in no time. I would use them again!
Z is awesome and my new go to plumber! This was my second time using him and both times he was able to come within 24 hours of my non-urgent call. I have dealt with good plumbers and bad plumbers and Z is definitely the best I've used. He was honest when asked about fixing an existing faucet, telling me even though he would be willing to try it, it didn't make sense for me to spend that money with him and replacing the faucet would cost less.
