⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Hector! He was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, down-to-earth, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we understood what was going on with our plumbing. Called Hector at Mr. Pipe to change a leaking water heater. He came out within an hour. Hector was very nice, professional & knowledgeable. He seemed fair, honest & didn't nickel & dime me. I would highly recommend Mr. Pipe & plan on using him for future plumbing needs.

I was referred to Hector by my current Plumber, who recently retired. Since we have been friends for many years, I trusted and valued his opinion. Hector came to the house to access the job and provide a quote. He was professional and very friendly. The challenge was to repair a 53 year old furnace with rusted bolts and brackets. The job was very labor intensive. I plan to call Hector for all my plumbing needs in the future. I highly recommend him.

I had a leak from the second floor bathroom that dripped all the way to the basement. I called Mr. Pipe and they came right away and detected the bathroom faucet in second floor bathroom was leaking. He replaced it and problem solved. Excellent service and professionalism.
