(This review is long overdue) After getting 12 inches of water in the basement, Hector disassembled, dried out and relit the pilot to the water heater. He also replaced the electrical panel on the furnace and located the discharge pipe for the sump pump, allowing me to fix that issue on my own. He did all these things in a matter of hours, including a trip to get necessary parts. He also followed up the next day to make sure everything was working properly.
