Unclear prices. Making people pay 2 dollars per page, on normal pdf document prints, for no reason. They look at ur documents as if it was theirs. Had to pay 87 dollars total. GREEDY AND LOW QUALITY SERVICE.
Poor customer service and extremely rude on the phone. I was made to feel like a criminal over payments that I absolutely made. I had to go through my own transactions and pull up proof just to show that the payments were made. Then, once I finally found the transactions, the owner had the nerve to say I was giving him a hard time.
