Poor customer service and was rude on the phone. When they couldn’t fill my prescription, pharmacist just hung up on me when I was trying to ask for advice on where else to go. A lot of better choices in the area.
I like the services this store provides, and the staff is friendly, efficient and professional. One exception is on one of their managers, at the pharmacy side. I didn’t see his face or know his name, but recently I stepped in for a UPS package and had to listen to how badly (& loudly) he treated the staff. It was like a parent scolding a child in public, and I find that quite unprofessional. The staff were also quiet and obedient.
