Poor management from the owners, they're extremely cheap and wants to charge for every little thing from using their tape even if it's for a little bit $2, and printing pages which is usually free in other UPS locations, if you can go to the UPS on Zerega Ave go there instead, this is a bad location. The Pharmacy keeps harassing you to use their obnoxious service. 2/10 would never recommend!!
Unclear prices. Making people pay 2 dollars per page, on normal pdf document prints, for no reason. They look at ur documents as if it was theirs. Had to pay 87 dollars total. GREEDY AND LOW QUALITY SERVICE.
Poor customer service and extremely rude on the phone. I was made to feel like a criminal over payments that I absolutely made. I had to go through my own transactions and pull up proof just to show that the payments were made. Then, once I finally found the transactions, the owner had the nerve to say I was giving him a hard time. How am I giving you a hard time when I’m the one having to prove payments that your business should have properly tracked in the first place?
