Good Afternoon; I am not satisfied with the work of your employee/ We found out after he left that we do have bugs and more in the ground . I would not recommend your company to my colleagues. I also do not know if the bait traps are really working as there is still blank spots in the ground around where the bait stations were put. I would like to know how long they have to stay and how long it takes to get rid of these moles etc. Please reply to this email asap. Katharine Robinson
