After a mix up about the appointment time, the technician made a special effort to still show up at my property, albeit 3 hours late. Work quoted seemed on the expensive side. Sales staff worked hard to try sell me on getting the full scope of work recommended, but I only chose to get physical barriers installed. Work was done as agreed and on time. I had a critter or two in my attic and Abe from Mr. Pest Control came by to seal all of the potential entryways and install a one way door to let them little guys out. Within hours, the attic was quiet, and I had a disgruntled gray squirrel yelling at me from the roof top. Abe was prompt, professional, communicative and super pleasant to deal with. Mr. Pest Control's pricing was competitive - would definitely recommend them.

Our problem was racoon in the attic, they showed up on time , the tech was very personable, and made us feel like like they are on it from the first phone call. They did the job a day later! One week later from the work, the racoon exited through a soffit! We called again and Sarah, from the office, was also very helpful. The team came back as quick as the first time and fixed the problem for us. We felt we were in great hands, truly thankful, no more racoons, we are glad we contacted this great local company

I used this company for a rodent issue last fall and recommended them this week to a friend who has rats in the garage. Very lovely technician and upfront. They explained to us the problem and worked with us according to our budget but also told us the best recommendations. Freind got scheduled right away. I would say I had a very positive experience !
