Avoid this place its a scam, i showed up on time and nobody was there. I called to find out where people were and nobody answered and nobody answered the emails. They then charged me $99 for a cancellation fee because I waited 30 minutes and nobody showed up.
Total scam! We prepaid and scheduled our appointment, left the car per the instructions and came back hours later to find they never showed up and didn’t touch the car! When we finally tracked someone down on the phone (with the help of the parking garage manager) we were given a vague promise to “call the boss to look into a refund” and never heard back. Shame on you for deceiving people and taking their money!
I brought my car in for a detail because I had some tree sap on it. I expected that an exterior detail would involve removing all of the sap and buffing the paint. However, when picking up the car I was pretty disappointed, noticing a ton of sap spots were still on my car. The usual place I bring it to always removes all the sap and leaves the car looking new. Excellent communication from the owner. I had a couple things that were missed on the first wash and wax, but he was quick to respond and make it right. He went over and above to make sure I was happy with their work. Great service!
