Horrible customer service lady was rude didnt even notice me because she was sitting on her phone scrolling if you dont like your job just work somewhere else plenty of people who would love to work, also didnt want to take card when there was two working card machines and made me pay cash out of the ATM definitely need a new person at that counter bad for business.
Just had some really a bad experience and service on 11/7/22 at about 6:00pm. With the lady that works the night shift . 1st off I waited about almost 15 minutes I was the only one in line but she was on a video call I guess with her boyfriend finally she Attended to me but with an attitude like if I was bothering her or interrupting her After that she refused to cash my check 1st she said that the date was was already past due or something it was dated October 26 2022.
