I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the employees, a Black woman who appeared to be in her mid-40s. She was rude, dismissive, and seemed more interested in provoking a reaction than actually helping resolve the situation. Instead of communicating professionally, she escalated the interaction and created unnecessary tension. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed by how I was treated. Customer service should be respectful and calm, and this experience was the opposite.
Worst place to cash your check. I was on a time crunch and wouldn’t make it to my bank so decided to stop here and the big black lady that was at the window had the worst attitude and so rude for nothing. Don’t waste your time going here.
