Idk what her name was but it was the big fat one with glasses. I cashed a big check and she offered for me to buy a Netspend card and load it on there. I did that and she put the money on there and didn’t activate it. The card ended up blocked and I couldn’t get into it. I think she pocketed the money. I had to get ahold of corporate and they couldn’t even activate the card or get into it. They had to sent me a full refund in a check with all the money on it. I visited this location on Friday, September 1st (5:20 p.m.). I needed to break a $100 bill. The associate on duty said she couldn't exchange it because "it's Friday and I have to cash checks". I paused to see if she would THINK about what she had just said ... was able to exchange at a different location, that also cashes checks on Friday's FYI Exchange - giving one thing and receiving another (especially of the same type or value) in return #thinkbeforeyouspeak
