I ve been there before. They do charge allot to ship but this time I was greeted by a smug young man who didn t seem to mind charging me almost double. \$15.70 as compared to the post office \$8.70 for the same service. He said it was because of the weight but didn t weigh the package. I knew it was excessive and as I grabbed my package to leave he said good luck finding anyone else to ship it for less. I have been going to Mr. Parcel for over 12 years! The staff is kind, courteous, and extremely eager to meet your needs, discuss the various shipping options, and point you in the right direction. Additionally, all pricing and shipping methods are provided on monitors clearly visible to the customer which allows you to be a part of the decision making process. There is nothing hidden like many other pack/mail locations! A local, honest business that serves the community. We need more like this!
Just had a horrible experience there. Three staffers were so rude to me and were dishonest about the price to overnight a FedEx. Avoid this place!
Best pack and ship store in the area! Highly recommend.
