Good Luck Mr. Paella seems to have more business than he can manage. He was very attentive when I first contacted him. I reconfirmed my order 3 times the week of the event. However, the evening of the event the cook was late and the food was OK. Customer Service could use some improvement in my opinion.
Paella, please We love Paella and one weekend we were having guests from out of town who weren't familiar with this Spanish delicacy..We decided to have Mr Paella cater a small party as a special treat for our friends...Boy were they impressed as we were..The seafood in the Paella was as fresh as can be and the entire dish seasoned just the right way, the rice was also cooked perfectly and not soggy as some Paella dishes can be....We all enjoyed our meal tremendously..The price wasn't too bad either..:)
