I had the same problems as another reviewer, Layla, with plugs and coil packs. After paying $560, my car is still in the same condition when I brought it to them 3 weeks ago. Called them to let them know, but I never got a call back. Now I understand test driving, but one of the mechanics was taking my car to his house and using it as his own personal vehicle.
