Came out the next morning and had hot water and heat for the restaurant by early afternoon! Great job Carl! Will definitely use MR Neel again! Oh and the price was very reasonable. Before on the left!! Finished on the right!!!!

I called M R Neel after having an issue with my Navien tankless water heater. (They did not install) they came out right away to diagnose the issue and ordered the parts that were still covered under warranty from Navien. Navien never sent the part. Mind you this is January and we haven’t had hot water in my house for several days at this point. Mike the owner went above and beyond and was able to get Navien to replace the entire unit under warranty. They had it installed in a couple hours. Highly recommend.
