This review is for Kike. The rest of the shop is awesome. I arrived 10 minutes early for my scheduled appointment, only to find that the barber was not in the shop. There was no communication whatsoever—no call or text—to let me know he would be late. I had an important meeting to get to and could not wait around indefinitely. After waiting past my appointment time, I had to ask another barber if he was available. Kike didn’t reach out until 15 minutes after my scheduled time and ultimately showed up about 45 minutes late.
