Luke was great to work with as the point man behind the service desk; efficient, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and fair. Booked me in for front end work for my aging truck right away and charged me an 'arm'; not an 'arm and a leg'. Thanks Luke, I'll be coming back for my next maintenance issue and recommending your team, for sure, to others. By the way, thanks again for the timely ride in your 'pride and joy' hot, little putt putt; exhilarating to say the least.
Salesman told me on 2 occasions they would do $25,000 plus GST for a car confirmed by his manager. Upon calling to put a deposit down, as I am from Calgary, they denied honoring the price and raised the cost. If anyone else has an experience like this please contact me as I will be filing a lawsuit. Unethical dealer in my opinion. The irony of their mission statement is mind blowing.
Sky and Jen were extremely helpful and passionate about not just finding somebody the right car but just making sure their customers felt comfortable and were doing well!! 10/10 recommend!
I must say Mr.Motors is the best place with the best service I've ever seen. Jennifer Khoei is an amazing Sales Rep who never gives up and will go the extra mile to get you the vehicle you want. With SKY and the team you won't be disappointed. Great atmosphere.
