I was in a very bad situation and the minute I walked in the door. The folks at Mr Motors treated me like family. They calmed my nerves and stress that I've had to endure for months over my vehicle situation. They went above and beyond to help me find the vehicle that would function the best for my needs. Worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I bought a vehicle from Mr Motors Red Deer in August 2025, and within 2 weeks it already had major issues. I took it to Shaganappi GMC in Calgary for a leak, and they found serious problems that should’ve been caught long before the sale. Clearly, Mr Motors didn’t do a proper inspection like they claim. I had my car detailed at Mr. Motors today. They did an amazing job. My car went in disgusting, full of dog hair, and came out like the day I drove it off the lot. Would definitely recommend! Thank you so much!
