Purchased 4 tires and ordered a set of brake pads, two days to replace tires. Come back get tires asked the man did you replace the valve steams," yes good to go ". Got home 2 tires flat, valve steams not replaced, come back get valve steams replaced supplied my own. Mr motor was the best most helpful shop around. I called so many . burn outs, westside, hunter power sports and some out of state. MR made the impossible happen for me. i have been walking three years, i didn't think my credit was good enough to finance. Scot one of the managers told me he would do his best to find a way to help me finance. sales representative Dave was great went in looking for a motorcycle and was worried about getting financed their sales team made it happen and i am now a proud owner of a new sled and out the door in under an hour great place to go
I picked up my F3 S Spyder over the weekend from Mr Motorcycle in Asheville, NC and cannot be more thrilled with them. From the sales cycle to the delivery and everything in between, it was an awesome experience. Scott Redmond is an excellent salesperson. PISSED OFF. I took my 2004 1700 road star to Mr. Motorcycle’ in Asheville to have them repair the second gear shift fork, which they said they could do in 3 weeks tops, yet it took 93 days and the warranty started on August 19 . On October 26 when shifting into 5th gear it would not go on the first try & so you have to shift twice, I rode home in 4th gear and sent a certified letter to the owner Doug Rudd notifying him of many discrepancies & and asked him to take the ... read more
