Terrible customer service. They promised to come 2 weeks ago, so we canceled the one plumber that was lined up a few weeks out. Never showed up, after us having to message, finally says his helper is sick, they would be out by the end of the week. Get a message after chasing them again Friday night after everything is closed, they would show up either Wednesday or Thursday. After messaging again, says Thursday afternoon.
