I recently received a car detailing from Mr. Mobile Clean as a birthday gift. It was the “Ultimate” package valued at $390. Unfortunately, from the start, the experience was disappointing. The detailer arrived without introducing himself, explaining the service, or even identifying which company he was from. While the cleaning itself was fine for what I would expect from a basic package, it fell far short of the standard one would expect for an “Ultimate” service at this price.
