How ... why are these people still in Bussiness? Hire new staff.
I used to recommend it to my middle school students, but my students and parents who went there all reported back very rude customer service.
Very rude service. Went 3 times and received the same treatment each time. No longer support this local business.
Not a great experience... The lady pushed us aside to wait on customers that were in line after us and totally ignored us even though we were the first to bring books in to trade. What should have taken 10 minutes max ended up taking forever
