Ordered a lodge burger, asked for mushrooms instead of bacon. A cost-saver for you. Got seven little rubbery chunks of mushroom (which is fine, whatever), but then charged an additional $3.49 for the mushrooms. That's nothing but greed and gouging. Our crew will be told that meal receipts from Mr. Mikes in Merritt will no longer be reimbursed.
MMS has been a regular stop for us as they welcome our 4-Leggeds at their patio seating and as an added bonus, have EV charging right outside their doors. Last 2 visits were a fail and then epic fail. Last visit, there was only a hostess doing everything. She did her best but the experience was only adequate plus. Very slow. This visit (a month later), our dog was not welcome as the (same) hostess explained they are (still) having staff issues and since she is the only one on, wasn't permitted to open the patio on this beaut... read more
Me and my buddies asked for a table for six, but were told they couldn’t accommodate us—even though the restaurant was clearly half empty. The staff was rude and dismissive, with no effort to explain or help. It felt like they simply didn’t care about having customers. Definitely not the kind of hospitality you expect when dining out. Someone recommended this place for best food in town but the service was horrific.
Waiter kept telling us that he hadn’t learned the menu yet so every time we asked a question he had to go and ask someone else. First time we have a not tipped in about 10 years.Never refilled the water. My husband had the fish and chips and there was not much fish to the breading. It was more like having breading with a little fish. The coleslaw is not good. Wir waren heute Abend hier, Samstag. Es spielte Live Musik. Die Voraussetzungen super. Leider der Rest nicht. Obwohl viele Tische leer waren, wurden wir abgewiesen. Nach einiger Diskussion wurden wir (2 Personen) an der Bar platziert. Es waren 6 Kellnerin unterwegs, keine hat freundlich geguckt oder gelächelt.
