Nothing quite like reuniting with an old friend that you didn't know how much you missed. I can remember you cooking back in the days you had hair. The food was a master class in simple done delicious. Hey it's good to be back home again.
Bolognese pasta and sausage and greens pasta were outstanding. It's great to see a Lake Placid legend behind the oven again! Keep on rocking, Mr. Mike!
We ordered the margherita and white pizzas, which were fine but not amazing. I guess it's a different take on the marg, but I expected a tomato base with sliced mozzarella instead of a white pizza with sliced tomato on it. Dough was also a little bit chewy. All in all not a bad pizza but not the best (coming from NYC).
It was good pizza was a little on the smaller side
Genuinely perfect experience, exactly what I want out of a restaurant. Simple, clean, family style atmosphere, good service, delicious food. I’m from NJ, and this is some good pizza.
