Not impressed with how they haphazardly canceled my scheduled appointment, 15 minutes before my appointment time. Yet, they tried to pin on me for not checking notifications before I got there. And just reluctantly rescheduled me for another appointment an hour later. If this is how they handle their clients, I may have to consider booking here next time. Wastage of time and resources!
