Mr. Mendez air conditioning is the best we've ever dealt with. The cost has always been more than affordable and we've always been made to feel like we are a priority with them. Our A/C was old but they kept it running 5 extra years until it just wouldn't anymore. They immediately replaced it and no one else could do it for the price we paid. Honest hard working men with integrity. There needs to be more people like Jose Melendez, the owner. He really cares about his clients!
We contacted Mr. Mendez AC and heating on a Three digit heat Saturday when our AC quit. He sent someone out on Monday for noon and quickly diagnose the problem and fixed it! This is the second time: last summer again on a very, very hot weekend that our AC quit, and he had someone out there fixing it that Monday morning. we are thankful for Finding him! he provided dependable service that we needed in an emergency.
I don't usually write reviews, but Mr. Mendez is really good! Gave me a complimentary diagnostic visit. Thoroughly checked the AC system without trying to sell products. It turned out AC didn't have any problems, but insulation mainly. He gave a lot of great advice. He is not one of those AC companies with overheads that needs volumes to stay in business. He is local and independent. I would definitely recommend him to anyone! I know now who to call if my AC goes out.
