Although it took quite a while to get the job repaired (not their fault as parts were on backorder), the staff was very pleasant and even came out on a day they weren't scheduled to work to get my air conditioning fixed.. thank you very much they were very nice to work with.

American Home Shield contracted this company because my a/c is not working, so we are hot. I waited 3 days for them to call just to say their technician can not come until another 3 days, which we would have waited. But as I was speaking to their cust svce rep, she was so nasty, very unprofessional. I immediately cancelled their service due to the lack of professionalism and rudeness.

They misschduled an appointment. The appointment was rescheduled. I took a vacation day. They never showed up. No courtesy call, no nothing. I would not use them. They could care less about the customer.

If only you could give less than one star....professionalism and serviceability does not exist with M R Mechanical. Simply blown away how customers do NOT matter to this company. Disgusting.
