I am a new client with Mr.Maxx and my experience was awesome, he was very professional even when I know I probably worked his nerves and actually gotten me the max bk..lol..I highly recommend and I'll definitely be bk next year😉
They are very friendly and fast but I feel as if I was not given all the information needed and they over charged me I also did it virtually and I’ve never filed virtually so I’m super unfamiliar in that territory I just want answers if anyone who uses them can communicate it with me Update my issue was resolved I changed my rating from 3 to a 5
