Hands down best Japanese food in DFW, and the best meal I've ever had in my life. The beef tongue sent me to another plane of existence, I had tears in my eyes. Got the Taiwan Ramen and it had an excellent kick, the noodles were so good and perfect thickness, delicious golden color, the egg was flavorful and yolk was slightly runny.
