Genuinely a 5-star experience all around. The shop is an old school vibe and the mattresses are beyond comfortable with solid build quality (and made in Canada!) Bob is an absolute gem and the delivery folk were super nice as well. Highly recommended. Also, oddly enough, Mr. Mattress has some of the coolest merch you'll ever see from a mattress store. Absolute bonkers but it's the truth. 10/10, will recommend Mr. Mattress to all my Vancouver friends going forward.
We looked long and hard for a simple, low platform bed frame and found it at Mr Mattress a few months ago. It is the perfect platform bed frame for us. And so far so good. We were impressed with their knowledgeable staff, the service, no-frill setup and no pressure sales approach.
Tony set me up with the perfect mattress for my new place. He gave all the information I needed to make my own informed decision without pushing me in any direction or another. Super happy with the quality and bang for my buck. Thank you Tony and Mr. Mattress!
Got a mattress from here just shy of a year ago - stopped by here after nearly deciding to go with a chain store mattress, and was given extremely informative, yet no-pressure service from all the staff here. Ultimately settled on one of the firmer king mattresses from here, and following 11 months (and routine flipping every 3-4 months!) this mattress has been incredibly comfortable and firm - amazing quality and no regrets at all. As a chiropractor my patients often ask for my advice when buying a new mattress ( never buy one that unfolds from a box and get one that you can flip over a few times / year ). I had heard of the excellent quality and affordability of Mr. Mattress's mattresses. I fully agree. My wife and I are very happy with our Vienna model. Excellent product ( flips over and sure can't be unfolded from a box, well priced, MADE IN CANADA, no sales pressure, very friendly old time service. Thank you Richard, Bob and Tony.
