My husband Leon recently had a TKR. Due to other health issues Mr Russ advised that Leon should have his surgery at Cabrini Malvern. Rehab was at Cabrini Brighton. At all times Mr Russ was engaging, professional and ensured that Leon and his family were well informed and cared for. Overall care was exceptional. Thankyou Mr Russ.
After experiencing a traumatic injury and being a tac case I was treated by this surgeon like a cash cow. Sitting with him he would speak fast and unclear, not ask questions or allow me space to advocate for my pain level. Made me cry in consultation then proceeded to change treatment course after agreed upon treatment with myself. A 15min Ime appointment/ examination very brief consultation, showed no interest. Then a report filled with topics not even discussed and some very very miss truths written, be very wary
After high speed mva in which broke both femora, lower part of right leg and left hip dr Russ and his hard work and care put me back together ,today I walked 95kg of rotty on the beach and landed a spinning butterfly kick ,and in that I'll give you your flowers now and continue my journey through life on solid steps
