The company and technician were fast and responsive. The tech answered all our questions and was able to identify and resolve the problem. I wish I would have gotten his name, he was great!!
My issue was a difficult job. The house I rent has an on-demand tankless water heater without a water softener in front of it. In San Antonio. Yes that matters. Consequentially in the short number of years the house has existed the pipes have collected all of the hard water deposits (instead of a water heater tank) in a form that looks like crushed coral.
