Couldn’t have been easier!! Someone hit my mailbox and I needed it fixed kind of quickly. I took a pic and brought it into the store. In 2 minutes the problem was diagnosed and I paid for it to be fixed. The gentleman said they were a little backed up but would def get to it before the 24th. Today is the 12th and I noticed it was fixed and looks like new!!! Thanks guys!!!

Excellent service! Friendly, helpful and supportive all the way. The mailboxes are of the best quality, but the service makes the difference. In my case, the owner helped me change the lettering twice because of issues with the town. It was easy and friendly, with a "no problem" attitude. We bought two mailboxes here and recommend them highly.
I never thought I would say this about a mailbox but… It’s beautiful! We are thrilled!! Look no further for your new mailbox!! Mr Mailbox was great to work with- we had a new mailbox within days of placing the order! They handle installation and taking away the old mailbox. Overall excellent
