Where do I start? I used to be a member of the highest tier program paint and protect. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been sent through, which is the basic of wash. It’s like they downgrade you on purpose to see if you notice. I also had the belt break on me several times the manager came over to try to give me a free car wash or two and then realized I was a member and said there’s nothing we can do. They've been closed 2 days now for "repairs".
I absolutely love my Boardman location. the guys there are so accommodating and helpful to the customers and they are so consistent at doing the best every time!!!. I visit there often and Brian and Bill are the best!!!!
