My first 1 star google review… We wanted to canceled a membership before it renewed. It was 3 days before the renewal when the cancellation was submitted. We were charged for the next month anyway and were informed that we need to cancel 5 days before the renewal. The customer support rep said they could not offer any refunds because of the timing.
