We are a 30+yr customer of this location. The air dam -- not even a high profile one at that! -- was torn off our car during a washing. The employees told us damage happens a lot under their machines and the company will pay for the repair. This was repeated by the people at the car wash several times until --after many follow-up calls -- we were then told that the company does **not repair** damage it causes on vehicles older than 7 years. **Lesson Learned** Do not put any credence in what the employees, managers, etc. te... read more

Never buy a membership here. I repeat never buy a membership here. I bought a new vehicle and do not have the vehicle I am paying for anymore. I “manage” my account online but it will not let me cancel online. Prompts me to call the customer service. Which I do and I talk to an AI called bubbles. I have called multiple times to try to cancel, I have give them the license plate number and all that information. “Bubbles” says she can’t find it. Typically the staff is very friendly in Hermitage, but encountered 2 young men that were extremely rude, I was embarrassed to be there. The last 6 washes left my car covered in the black tire shine product, my car is white, it looks very bad and doesn't come off easily. I canceled my membership because of both of these reasons. I'm looking forward to having the new car wash in Hermitage with newer equipment.
