The Butler location claims they were unable to accept the coupon they sent out, due to their computer not being able to scan or accept the codes for any customer. Therefore anyone coming through was provided the cheapest wash available. Spoiler alert - it sucked and my car was still very dirty when leaving the wash. Glad I found out before buying a membership or ever spending money with them.
