Morgantown location: I received the basic wash when paying for the upgraded wash on 1/18/25. On 1/28/25 I ordered the upgraded wash again to only receive the basic wash and added wax …. This is horrible . The prices go up and the service can’t get the order right . They have 30 days to respond for reimbursement. After which anyone that wishes to be added to a class action lawsuit be on the look out . Would not recommend!
So....just in case you ever get HIT in the middle of the car wash by an elderly lady behind you....don't expect Mr. Magic to have any sympathy. The lady behind me is adamant the attendant never told her to put it in N....which I can believe...he wasn't even holding the Stop/Neutral paddle when I went through. Now I need to get an insurance repair. Anything from Mr. Magic? Perhaps at least an apology for having a process that can even allow this? Nope....a letter...blaming the old lady. Earl is a wonderful worker who makes my day with his greetings and his thumbs up responses to my questions. Mister Magic is lucky to have a guy who treats its customers with a smile and kindness. I will never go anywhere else!
I give 1 star because I am forced to give at least 1. The manager there hung up on me just about 10 minutes ago and when I called back he did not answer. I called back in December because I had received an email (first ever) that my payment went through. I have not lived in Bethel Park since the end of February. I have been getting charged over $10/ month since then. The young employee that rushed me through signing for my February unlimited did not ever state that this would be a recurring charge.
