Earl is a wonderful worker who makes my day with his greetings and his thumbs up responses to my questions. Mister Magic is lucky to have a guy who treats its customers with a smile and kindness. I will never go anywhere else!
I give 1 star because I am forced to give at least 1. The manager there hung up on me just about 10 minutes ago and when I called back he did not answer. I called back in December because I had received an email (first ever) that my payment went through. I have not lived in Bethel Park since the end of February. I have been getting charged over $10/ month since then. The young employee that rushed me through signing for my February unlimited did not ever state that this would be a recurring charge.
