In November of 2019, Lupe Diaz deceived us by installing a sprinkler controller/ timer that was manufactured in 2002. It was discontinued in 2005! His customer service is terrible and he does not return phone calls.
Set-up an appointment for an estimate. Never arrived. Never called.
Tuesday of last week I called, spoke to a woman, and she told me someone would call me back within two hours. As of today i still haven't received a call back.
