This service is just terrible! I went there yesterday to fix a tire that was losing air. They refused to take the car an hour before closing, okay, I get it. This morning, I came back after inflating the tire at a gas station. The manager refused to repair the tire, saying it was old! This is just irresponsible, especially when I urgently need to travel out of town. If the tire had gone flat on the spot, they would have just left me to fend for myself because it's old. I visited to change engine oil on Sunday morning. They were really kind as usual and taught me many things about my car. I strongly recommend this store as a regular.
Stood around for 10 mins to try and get an oil change, had 5 guys standing around on their phones with two cars in the bays with 2 spots open. It Looked like the manager was on YouTube trying to figure out how to take a filter out of a vehicle with the other guys standing around on their phones looking as well. I just left after standing there with zero acknowledgment after that whole time.
