I would give 0 stars if I could. I brought my Jeep in today to get a simple oil change. The person who opened the hood of my car had no idea how to do it and cranked on the hood clips on my Jeep until I heard a snap. It still closes but now no longer locks into place like it used to. The manager tried to tell me that nothing was wrong or maybe I brought it in that way. Would have way more respect if he just apologized.
