They went above and beyond. I came in for a basic oil change on the new to me vehicle I just purchased. When the oil dip stick was pulled the handle snapped off. They ordered a new one and a few days later it came in. They spent 2 hours removing and installing the new one at no charge. Highly recommend Duncan Mr. Lube.
