I recently visited Mr. Lube for my car repairs and had an excellent experience. As soon as I drove into the bay, I received immediate assistance. The service was quick, efficient, and informative, with all the necessary parts readily available. The mechanic also mentioned that I could return anytime to have my coolant or wiper fluid topped up, which I really appreciated. If I could give them 0 star, I would give that instead. Far worst service than I can explain here. They ruined my vehicle and did nothing to compensate. The manager has no sense how to talk even though they put wrong fluid into my car. All the staff were internship guys who did not even know which fluid goes into specific car. They did not give any courtesy vehicle and stupidly kept arguing for no reason. We have been going to Tillsonburg Mr Lube for at least 2 years for regular oil changes in all our vehicles. Today, I took in an email sent to me for $49.99 oil change, before they even started Deep gave me estimate for 3 filters and an upgraded oil. I said you haven’t even looked at filters, he replied they need replacing each time. I agreed to the 3 filters (big mistake) and I only wanted the $49.99 oil change which I repeated over and over. Extremely Horrible experience
I cannot trust this location ever again. The supervisor tried to charge me for something that they did not replace and then gaslight me when I called him on it.
Excellent Service. Fast, professional. Jatin was very knowledgeable and helpful for the best of the car and ovearll situation. Cost was very reasonable and willing to give discount when new requirement came up on the spot. Staff works at an excellent rate with enthusiasm. Would highly recommend.
