READ REVIEWS BEFOREHAND A couple of months ago, I had a very disappointing experience at Jiffy Lube. I initially went in for an oil change and specifically requested Penzoil Platinum Ultra 5W-20. Unfortunately, they used the wrong oil. Took my wife's SUV for an oil and filter change. A few days later her skid plate was dragging down the road causing minor damage to the skid plate. I had to leave work early to tie it up for her so she could drive it back to mr lube. They reinstalled the skid plate and offered a coupon book. I asked for her next oil change to be free and was told that is not possible. We will not be returning for any services from them.
Called and talked to a legend named Mark who offered to run a free engine scan for me when no one else would. I was concerned about this engine light as this is my primary vehicle, and Mark was super calm and reassuring. I pulled up and I was welcomed by a noble gentleman who happened to be my guy Mark. It was my 3rd oil change here. Fellas are friendly and quick I wasbin and out in 10 mins. Keep up the good work Mr. Lube!
