I went into Mr Lube, today, to have my winter tires swapped out. Kyle, our technician, was extremely knowledgable. He checked our fluids, and filters. He replaced the engine filter, flushed and changed the oil. Topped up the transmission fluid. We also received a complimentary top up of engine coolant. If you want friendly, efficient, reasonably priced service, and a complimentary beverage, I would highly recommend Kyle at Mr Lube! I had a great experience at Mr. Lube Wasaga beach thanks to Saj and Kartik! Their customer service was outstanding! What stood out most was their excellent problem-solving skills. I really appreciated how they were extremely helpful, professional, friendly, and made sure to explain every step of the service. Huge thanks to both of them for going above and beyond! Went to Mr. Lube location at Main and James Snow for a horrible experience. Had a tire patched yesterday and today they said there was a new hole right next to the previous one. I voiced my concerns about how they didn't fix it properly yesterday. After they went inside and talked amongst themselves, they came back and told me it was a new hole, and I would have to pay to get it fixed. I recently visited Mr. Lube for my car repairs and had an excellent experience. As soon as I drove into the bay, I received immediate assistance. The service was quick, efficient, and informative, with all the necessary parts readily available. The mechanic also mentioned that I could return anytime to have my coolant or wiper fluid topped up, which I really appreciated. If I could give them 0 star, I would give that instead. Far worst service than I can explain here. They ruined my vehicle and did nothing to compensate. The manager has no sense how to talk even though they put wrong fluid into my car. All the staff were internship guys who did not even know which fluid goes into specific car. We have been going to Tillsonburg Mr Lube for at least 2 years for regular oil changes in all our vehicles. Today, I took in an email sent to me for $49.99 oil change, before they even started Deep gave me estimate for 3 filters and an upgraded oil. I said you haven’t even looked at filters, he replied they need replacing each time. I agreed to the 3 filters (big mistake) and I only wanted the $49.99 oil change which I repeated over and over.
