Great staff and exceeded my expectations with my tire repair. The three guys that helped me were Keaton Karthik and Dustin. Quicn and easy service.
hey were very respectful and polite. However, they attempted to sell me services that are not recommended by the manufacturer for my vehicle’s current mileage. For example, they suggested a rear differential oil change even though my car has only 31,000 kilometers, while the factory recommendation is to change it at 60,000 kilometers. Overall, although they were courteous, I did not feel the recommendations were fully honest. At the end they forgot to reset my oil change signal and I have to return back to them to do it
I had a great experience getting my oil changed. Zak was the main reason it stood out. He was honest, knowledgeable and kind, and he took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. The transparency he brought made the experience feel easy and trustworthy, which I really appreciated. The rest of the team was great as well, friendly, professional and clearly supportive of one another. Overall, it was a very positive experience. This is definitely a place I would recommend, and I will be back.

Went for an oil change at 160-948 Mccurdy Road in Kelowna and they said I needed my transmission fluid changed which cost $229.99 and then had the nerve to tell me that my differential fluid needed to be changed as well and that was another $400.00. What a rip off. When does it stop. These oil change places have teenage kids working for them: when they show up and charge outrageous prices. Make the bleeding stop. Nel and the team at Mr Lube Lacombe are the best crew I have ever dealt with at a lube shop. Today my daughter was trying to bring home a car that had been sitting untouched for 2 years. Nel and his team not only had tires for my daughter, but stayed late on a Sunday evening to wait for her, ran out to pick up rims from their warehouse in Red Deer, flushed all the fluids, and got her back in the road so she could get back home in time to work Monday morning. Mr. Lube @ 2024 3rd ave S Lethbridge. Took my one ton dodge ram truck in for a simple oil change and fuel filter change. Two hours total it took. They ordered the wrong filter in so had to run over to dodge to pick one up. Then after the fuel filter was changed it leaked. They had to take it apart again and put the new gaskets in (which came with the fuel filter and should have been done the first time). There were four guys (plus manager) working on my truck. Went to Mr Lube to get an oil and filter change because I couldn Went to went to Mr Lube to change the oil in my truck because Midas had destroyed the drain plug and I couldn’t get it off. They charged me $155.00 claiming to have changed the oil and filter. A couple of days ago I went to change the oil got the drain plug off no problem. Turned out that I couldn’t get the cover that provided access to the oil filter off. Had to cut one of the bolts off with the grinder. The filter was on extremely tight.
