Awesome service
O stars, completely ignore the one. I went to get an oil change and the skid plate was not reattached properly. I was driving on Deerfoot, and it fell off and got destroyed by the pavement. This is EXACTLY why I do not proceed with any recommendations they offer because if you can’t do something this simple, I am not trusting you guys with anything that’s more technical than a basic oil change. I will never be taking my car here again.
I got my oil changed at a location where their sticker machine is down. I used Synthetic Oil 5W30 - came to another location to print out a sticker and they informed me they can't print out a sticker for the 6000km synthetic oil change. Waste of my time. Let me know when you want to print out a label that reads 143994 which is when Mr Lube + Tires says I should change my oil not 142994 which is early.
I would give zero stars if I could. Drove in for an oil change.. left on a tow truck. I came in for a simple oil change and wasn’t able to drive after they messed around with my car. The on shift manager and other employees began being very rude and yelling. When I wanted it in writing that I was able to drive in and unable to drive out. They refused to give me ANYTHING stating my car broke after they touched it. The manager was making false claims and lying right to my face. I’ll never go back to Mr Lube again.
