Rip-off! Went for a basic oil change, I wanted the cheapest option for my 2005 camry, they quoted me $150 and before I could say otherwise they already began the work on my vehicle. This oil change was only rated for 5000km. During the oil change, they tried to upsell me on unnecessary, same-day services totally to $750+. Overall, the team here seems young and inexperienced, working with bad intent, and technicians asking each-other questions, looking lost, not sure what to do. Will not be going to this location.
Update: they told me email them, which I did, but they could not be bothered to reply. Terrible. Wished I could give zero stars. I've been going to this location for years. Got an oil change today which was $149.99. My invoice a year ago was $99.99. When I asked about the price difference, I was told new management and they raised prices. That is one of the most insane price hikes I have ever seen!!! I doubt I will be back.
I had an oil change in the summer and was advised I should have a fuel line cleaning done. Person working on my vehicle alluded to issues in the future but wasn’t sure as he is not a mechanic. Lots of eager young individuals working here but they really need management to step up and mentor them. Came in on Thursday with a donut, looking to have my flat patched. I was told it was irreparable and that I would need to replace all 4 tires… they had 2 seasons of use. Came back the next day to get my winters on, was told they also needed to be replaced due to “manufacturers production date” these tires were only used one season….
