Amazing service. Friendly, considerate, observant (they noticed I was waiting for a while and let me through the lineup fast), with surprisingly little pressure or upsell on my older vehicle. They even said if I brought in my own air filter, they would install it for free. I was really impressed. Thank you very much Josh, and keep up the really great work.
This is absolutely unacceptable service! Three times they don't want to repair my tires and just try to sale me the brand new tires for double price. One reason, you can not use your tires anymore, just because of little screw in them. Any other tire services just fixed and didn't even mention anything about such problems! So, never again!
If I could give zero stars, I would. My sister stopped in for what was supposed to be a quick oil change. She was quoted $85 for semi-synthetic, which she confirmed multiple times. At no point was she told that semi-synthetic wasn’t available or that her car “required” full synthetic — if she was told that before the service she would not have gone through with it. she was only informed after the service was almost complete, when they hit her with a $162 bill.
