Total scam. After getting my oil changed, the mechanic came up to me and said that my brake pads, rotors, and tires all needed to be replaced. But my tires are brand new, the rotors are in great shape, and the brake pads still have more than 50% left! I went to my dealer and my own mechanic afterward, both confirmed that nothing needed to be replaced. The Mr. Lube mechanic was very pushy and kept trying to convince me to book those unnecessary repairs. I’ll never come back to this place again.
a few days ago. My tire pressure light came on, a young man who assisted me was fantastic. He inflated my tires quickly and refused to take any money.My tire pressure light came on again this morning. A Chinese mechanic who helped me was incredibly helpful. He checked the left rear tire, inflated it promptly, and refused to accept any payment. His generosity and quick service really put my mind at ease and allowed me to take my test without stress.
Dayal was superb nice and offered a free tire check also helped me inflate my tires. Definitely recommend.
Big thanks to vishal for great service on y car my transmission pan was leaking. He helped to topped up the fluid really appreciate the professional and friendly help.
